Research and development of performance fibers, advanced coatings, and sustainable materials for UPF 50+, waterproof, breathable, and antimicrobial functional fabrics.
Fabric Engineering & Development
CAD-driven fabric design and structural analysis of woven, knitted, and non-woven textiles. Every fabric construction is digitally simulated for tensile strength, stretch recovery, and dimensional stability.
Lamination & Coating Technology
Dedicated lamination and coating facility with precision temperature and pressure control, producing high-performance fabric bonds that meet rigorous textile industry standards.
Textile Performance Testing Lab
In-house fabric testing for UPF rating, waterproofness, breathability (MVTR), tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion, and color fastness across a range of fabric constructions and finishes.
Fabric Sample & Prototype Workshop
Full-scale fabric sampling and small-batch production facility where new fabric constructions are developed, sampled, and performance-validated before production approval.
