What is circular knitting? ▼
Circular knitting produces fabric in a tube form on a circular knitting machine. It is the most common method for producing jersey, interlock, and rib knit fabrics used in T-shirts, sportswear, and activewear.
How is DWR coating applied? ▼
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating is applied via padding, spraying, or exhaust methods during finishing. The fabric is then heat-cured to bond the treatment to the fibers. Modern C6 and C0 (PFC-free) DWR options are available.
